Annual General Meeting

The club's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be taking place on the 10th October at 6pm, online and in person!

If you are a member of the club, or an interested person wanting to have their say, then we strongly encourage you to come along! In order for the club to continue next year, we MUST meet quorum (a minimum number of people in attendance that validates the meeting) on Thursday night.

We will hear about the club's progress over 2024, nominate new committee members, and look ahead to 2025.

Nominations will close on Monday 7 October at 11:59pm. If you are nominating for a position, you MUST attend the AGM to be elected and you need someone to second your nomination at the meeting.
