Spotlighting Event- Mount Duval

On Thursday 15th May, the UNE Zoology Society will be holding another spotlighting event at Mount Duval led by our very own Dr Eric Nordberg!

Meet us from 5pm at the Natural History Museum for some pizza before we set off all together to Mount Duval at 5:30pm. We will be bussing out to Mount Duval all together so please be prepared to stay out until about 8:00pm. We will endeavour to make sure you are not back too late. If you are running late or can no longer come, please ensure you notify the Zoology Society via email: zoologysociety@myune.edu.au so we may give your spot to someone else.

There's no need for fancy equipment, we will supply head torches, but there is a limited number of these so if you have your own, please bring it along! It'll be chilly so dress warmly and wear good, comfy shoes.

Your ticket is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from the UNE Zoology Society, not just a tax invoice from UNELife. Once you have added your ticket to your cart, ensure you follow the rest of the checkout steps to make sure you complete your "purchase". If you are unsure if you have confirmed your place on the trip, please email the Zoology Society. 

Some fauna we are likely to see include:

• Koalas
• Sugar Gliders and Greater Gliders
• Kangaroos
• Variety of birds
• Microbats
• Native Frogs
• Variety of lizards and herps
• Variety of inverts

Limited space will be available on the bus, so make sure you RSVP by 7pm, on Wednesday 14th May (the day before the event) to secure your space!
